Easy-peasy! Just find a workbench, interact with it, and select the 'Repair' option. You'll need Weapon Parts though!

Find a workbench, then use Weapon Parts for repairs. You can usually find parts by dismantling other weapons.

You don't actually need to repair weapons often. I finished the game with minimal repairs, just use new gear as you find it.
