As long as you're not trying to refund your entire library after a gaming binge, Steam's pretty chill with their refund policy. Just hit up their support, and you'll have your money back if you stick to their rules.

Requesting a refund on Steam is pretty straightforward! Just head over to the Steam Support page, log in with your account, find the game you want a refund for, and choose the 'I would like a refund' option. Follow the prompts from there. Make sure you're within Steam's refund policy window - generally, you can get a refund for any reason if you're requesting it within 14 days of purchase and have played the game for less than 2 hours.

Honestly, just remember the golden rule: 2 hours of playtime and not more than 14 days since purchase. If you fit in that, you're golden. Go through your account's purchase history, click on the game, and hit 'Request a refund'. Easy peasy.

If you're a Steam player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Steam gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
