Easy peasy! On your PS4, go to Settings > Account Management > Sign In. Then, select 'Trouble Signing In?' and follow the prompts to reset your password.

Just do it directly on the PS4: Settings > Account Management > Sign In > Trouble Signing In? Boom, reset complete!

First-hand experience here: I had to reset mine last week. Just go to your PS4 Settings, then Account Management, hit Sign In, and select 'Forgot Your Password?' Follow the instructions. It's a breeze!
