Press the 'Home' button 5 times, 'Up' arrow once, 'Rewind' twice, and 'Fast Forward' twice for a secret menu!
Honestly, just unplug it and plug it back in. Works for me every time.
Go to 'Settings' > 'System' > 'Advanced System Settings' > 'Factory Reset'. Follow the on-screen instructions. Easy peasy!
