Head over to your privacy settings and customize the audience for each post. You can choose 'Friends except...' and exclude specific friends from seeing it.
Easy peasy! Go to your friend's profile, click on the 'Friends' button, select 'Edit Friend List,' and add them to the 'Restricted' list. Now they'll only see your public posts!
