To retire in MLB The Show 23, go to the player options menu in Road to the Show (RTTS) and select 'Retire Player.' You'll have to confirm your decision, so don't worry about hitting it by mistake.

Just go to the RTTS menu, find 'Retire Player' under player options, and confirm. Easy as pie!

Been there, done that! Head to the player options in RTTS and choose 'Retire Player'. Confirm, and you're done. Took me a while to find it too!

You don't actually 'retire' per se, but you can stop playing anytime and let the game simulate the rest. No button needed!

If you're a MLB The Show Companion App player looking for extra credit or other power-ups, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

Two of those prizes are the official App Store and Play Store gift cards, which you can win and use to get anything you want in MLB The Show Companion App essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
