Unfortunately, you can't revert back to your old PSN ID once you've changed it. The only option is to change it again if you're not happy with your current one.
Hot take: Don't overthink it. PSN IDs are like usernames – change it if you need to, but don't obsess over reverting it.
I once changed my PSN ID and regretted it immediately. Had to change it again, but you can't revert to the old one directly, unfortunately.
