Ah, selling a house in Sims FreePlay works a bit differently. You can't sell it directly, but you can demolish it after evicting the Sim living there. Tap on the house, evict the Sim, then tap again to demolish. House gone, problem solved!

Win The Sims Freeplay Simoleons by playing fun games on Playbite!

Hey! So, first you need to evict the Sim living in the house. Go to the Sim's house, tap on it, and select 'Evict Sim.' Once the house is empty, just tap on the house again and select 'Demolish.' Easy peasy!

Why sell when you can demolish? Just evict your Sim and then demolish the house. Done and done!

From experience, you can't really 'sell' a house in Sims FreePlay. The game lets you demolish it after you evict the Sim living there. It's kinda the same thing!

If you're a The Sims Freeplay player looking for extra Simoleons or other power-ups, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

Two of those prizes are the official App Store and Play Store gift cards, which you can win and use to get anything you want in The Sims Freeplay essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
