Sadly, you can't directly sell any property in GTA 5 Online like you would a car or bike. However, you can trade it in when buying a new property. When you're purchasing a new spot, the game will offer you the option to trade in your old property, and you'll get a portion of the original purchase price deducted from the price of the new one. Just think of it as a trade-up rather than a direct sale!

Actually, you can't sell properties in GTA 5 Online. Best you can do is a trade-in for a new property to get some cash back. So choose wisely when buying!

Nope, GTA 5 Online doesn鈥檛 let you sell properties. You can only trade them in towards the purchase of a new property. It's a bit of a bummer, but that's how it is.

If you're a Grand Theft Auto player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
