Ah, wanting to offload some property to fund those less-than-legal ventures, eh? In GTA 5, you can't directly sell a garage or any property for that matter like in real life. What you CAN do, however, is trade it in when purchasing a new property. Just go for a new place, and the game will offer you a trade-in value for your old spot. Easy way to shuffle your assets!

Nope, you can't straight up sell properties in GTA 5. Best you can do is swap it out when buying a new one, and you'll get some cash back in the deal.

I tried selling a garage once, thinking it'd be easy cash. Nope! Had to buy a new property to get some of that investment back. So, just find something better and trade up!

If you're a Grand Theft Auto player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
