Actually, you can't straight-up sell properties in GTA V like you might hope. The workaround is buying a cheaper property than the one you own. This way, you'll get some cash back in the process. It's GTA's way of saying 'You gotta spend money to make money!'

To sell property in GTA V, head over to the Dynasty 8 Real Estate website in the game on your phone's internet browser. However, you can't directly sell a property. Instead, when you buy a new property, you get the option to trade in an existing one. The trade-in will give you a partial refund based on the value of the property you are selling. Just remember, you can't sell a property outright without buying a new one.

If you're a Grand Theft Auto player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you’re wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
