On a Skype call, just hit the screen-sharing button at the bottom and choose the screen or app you wanna share.
When you're in a Skype call, hit the '+' button, then choose 'Share screen'. Easy peasy!
Click the 'Share screen' icon during your call. Worked like a charm for me last time!
