How do I shuffle my cube in Magic The Gathering?
SnorkellingClock路7 months agoShuffling a Cube for MTG can be a bit of an arm workout! Since it's a big collection, try the 'pile shuffle' method first to ensure an even distribution of lands and spells. Split your cube into roughly equal piles and then shuffle each pile individually before combining them. After the pile shuffle, give the whole cube a couple of gentle 'mash shuffles.' It's a good mix of thoroughness and keeping those precious cards in good shape!

Honestly, just dump it on a bed and go nuts. It's the fastest way, and as long as you're gentle, your cards will be fine. Then scoop 'em up and do a quick overhand shuffle or two to make sure it's mixed but not bent.
Pile shuffling isn't real shuffling. Just mash or riffle (carefully) if you're skilled. Pile shuffling takes forever and doesn't mix as well.
Mash shuffling is the only way to go. It's safer on your cards than riffle shuffling and does a better job than pile shuffling if you do it enough times. Remember, the trick is in being gentle and consistent.
