Sitting on the ground in Animal Crossing is the ultimate chill vibe! To do it, you gotta get the 'Sitting on the Ground' emote. Once you've unlocked it, just select it from your emotes wheel by pressing ZR, then choose the 'Sit Down' emote. Now, find a cozy spot in your village, and your character will plop right down. Enjoy the views or have a nice picnic with your animal friends!

You can't sit directly on the ground without the 'Sit Down' emote. So, if you're early in the game and wondering why you can't join your villagers in lounging on the garden, that's why. Keep playing, and you'll unlock it eventually!

Honestly, just unlock the 'Sit Down' emote and choose a nice spot. That's all there is to it. Not sure why this is even a question, lol.

If you're an Animal Crossing player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Nintendo eShop gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
