Easy peasy! Just click on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any Facebook email.
Just mark 'em as spam. Bam, gone!
Trust me, tweaking your email settings in Facebook is a breeze. I've done it myself! Go to Settings, then Notifications, and uncheck those pesky email alerts.
