Super simple! Go to Settings > Notifications > People You May Know and switch it off. No more random friend suggestions.
Actually, you can't fully stop it. Just minimize it via Settings > Notifications.
From my experience, you gotta go to Settings -> Notifications -> People You May Know. Turn it off and enjoy the peace!
