Head to the 'Settings' menu on your PS4 or PS5, then go to 'Account Management' > 'Account Information' > 'PlayStation Subscriptions' and select 'Turn Off Auto-Renew.' Easy peasy!

Just log in to your Sony Account on a web browser, go to 'Subscriptions' and then cancel your PlayStation Plus subscription there.
