Just go to Settings > Account Management > Account Information > PlayStation Subscriptions on your PS4/PS5. It'll show you if PS Plus is active and when it expires!

Easy way to check: try to play an online multiplayer game. If it works, you have PS Plus. If not, then oops, time to subscribe!
