If you're on a Mac, look for the save files in ~/Library/Application Support/com.tobyfox.undertale/. Transfer that folder and you’re set!

Just copy the entire 'UNDERTALE' folder from your old computer's AppData folder to the same location on your new computer. You should find it under C:\Users\[Your Username]\AppData\Local. Easy peasy!
