Just ask your friend to create a game pass and buy it from them!
I helped my buddy by purchasing one of their game passes. It's a win-win, they get the robux, and I get the game pass!
You can't directly transfer robux to a friend, but you can use Game Passes or Donate buttons in-group funds. They can create a simple game pass, set the price, and then you buy it.
