Go into Settings, then Audio, and make sure Voice Chat is turned ON. Also, check that your mic is correctly plugged in!

Just hit the Options/Menu button and enable Voice Chat in the Audio settings. EZ PZ!

From experience, make sure your Privacy settings allow voice chat and your mic isn't muted. I've messed that up a few times.

In the game, press the Options/Menu button, go to Settings, then go to Audio settings and make sure Voice Chat is enabled.
