For those who like doing stuff on their console: Go to your Settings, find Account Management, then Account Information. Look for PlayStation Subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal. Boom!

Log into your account on the PlayStation website, find 'Subscriptions,' and then just disable auto-renewal from there. Easy peasy lemon squeezy!
