Just press the mute button on your DualSense controller! It's the little button with the microphone icon.

To turn off voice on your PS5, go to Settings > Sound > Microphone, and switch the Input Device to 'Mute All Microphones'.

You can also turn off voice by going to Settings and disabling the chat voice in 'Audio Output'. Real easy.
