Super easy! Just go to your profile, tap the three horizontal lines in the top right corner, select 'Archive', choose 'Posts' from the dropdown menu, find the post you want to unarchive, tap it, then tap the three dots and select 'Show on Profile'.
Just go to the post in your Archive and tap 'Show on Profile'.
From my experience, you just need to head to your profile, tap the three lines, select 'Archive', click on 'Posts', find your post, and tap 'Show on Profile'. Hope that helps!
