Easy peasy! Go to Settings & Privacy, then Settings, and click on Blocking. Scroll down to 'Block users,' find your friend's name, and click 'Unblock.'
Settings > Blocking > Unblock. That's it.
Go to your Facebook Settings > Blocking section > Find your friend's name > Click 'Unblock' next to it. Done!
Had to do this myself once! Just go to Settings, then Blocking, and find their name in the list. Hit the unblock button, and you're all set!
