In the Facebook app, tap on the three horizontal lines, go to Settings & Privacy, then Settings. Under 'Privacy', you'll see 'Blocking'. You'll find the unblock option there!
Just head over to Settings & Privacy > Settings > Blocking. You'll see a list of blocked people. Click 'Unblock' next to their name.
