From personal experience, just click on your profile picture at the top, select 'Settings', then 'Contacts', and you'll see 'Blocked contacts'. Pick the one to unblock and you're done.
Easy peasy! Go to your Contacts list, click on the 'Blocked contacts' section, find the person you want to unblock, and hit 'Unblock'.
