How Do I Unblock Someone on Skype?
From my experience, just click your profile picture, go to Settings, then Contacts, and you'll see 'Blocked contacts'. Locate the person there and hit 'Unblock'.

Settings -> Contacts -> Blocked Contacts. It's like magic, and poof, they're unblocked.
Easy peasy! On Skype, go to Settings -> Contacts -> Blocked Contacts. Find the person you want to unblock and click 'Unblock'.
