Click the ‘Following’ button on their profile. Boom! Unfollowed. Simple as that.
From your Instagram feed, tap on the 'Following' tab in your profile, find the person you want to unfollow, and just tap that 'Following' button next to their name. It turns into 'Follow' once you unfollow them.
You just go to their profile page and click the following button again. You'll stop seeing their posts immediately.
