If you've hidden a comment and want it back, find the post, tap the 'View Hidden Comments' text, and then tap 'Unhide' next to the comment.
Open the post, tap 'View Hidden Comments,' then hit 'Unhide' on the one you want to see again.
You can't unhide a comment. Just delete it and ask the person to comment again.
