Easy peasy! Go to your profile, click on 'Activity Log,' then select 'Hidden From Timeline' from the options on the left. Find the post you want to unhide, click the three dots on the right, and select 'Allowed on Timeline.' Boom, done!

Just head to your Activity Log, find the 'Hidden From Timeline' section, and unhide the post. Takes like 2 seconds.
From my experience, you can go to your Activity Log, look for the post under 'Hidden From Timeline,' and just tap 'Allowed on Timeline.' Simple as that!
