You can do it through the PlayStation app as well. Go to the app’s Settings, select 'Account Information', and unlink Spotify there. Simple!

To unlink Spotify from your PlayStation, go to the 'Settings' menu on your PS4 or PS5, then navigate to 'Account Management' > 'Link with Other Services', and select 'Spotify'. Choose 'Unlink' and confirm. Bada bing, bada boom - you're done!
