Just reset your password and you're good to go.
Try checking if your account was locked for suspicious activity. If so, you'll need to reset the password and maybe even update your security info.
I had the same issue once! Contacting PlayStation Support directly was the quickest way to get it sorted. They might ask for some details to confirm your identity.
