Don't bother upgrading it.
To upgrade your Observation Haki, you gotta be Level 300+ and have killed Saber Expert. Then just grind NPCs to earn dodge points!
First, buy the ability from Usoap in Upper Yard (Skylands) for 750k Beli. Then, for every 1k dodges, you'll get upgrades鈥攇lad grinding!
I've upgraded mine by farming dodges at the Cursed Ship. Once you hit 5,000 dodges, your Observation Haki will be maxed out!
