Simple! Just go to your Facebook homepage, click on 'Photo/Video' in the status update box, select your file, and hit 'Post'!
Open Facebook, hit 'Create Post', select 'Photo/Video', upload your video, add any description you want, and click 'Post'.
Just drag and drop the video from your computer into the status box and click 'Post'. Done and dusted!
