You can use it to instantly finish tasks like exploring the wasteland, speeding up the return of your explorers, or instantly completing room construction and crafting. Just tap on the task you want to speed up, and if it's eligible, you'll see an option to use Nuka-Cola Quantum to finish it instantly!
