Open PUBG Mobile, head to the Shop, select Crates, then tap on Premium Crate. You'll see an option to use your Premium Crate Coupons instead of G-Coins when you open it. Good luck!

Go to the Shop's crate section. Select the Premium Crate and use your coupon instead of currency. Simple as that!
