How do I write a ticket for Bethesda Fallout 76?

Click on 'Submit a Ticket' at the bottom of the page. Choose the issue you're facing, and fill out the form with as much detail as possible. Attach any relevant screenshots if you can. Hit send, and you're all set! They usually get back pretty quick.

Just google 'Bethesda support ticket' and click on the first link. Makes it super easy to find. You just pick Fallout 76 and then tell them what's up. Don't forget to log in first though!
Honestly, it's easier than finding clean water in the wasteland. Log in, select Fallout 76, describe what's bugging you and send. Boom, done.
Don't bother, just post on the forums. Quicker response there, I find.
