How do Pathway Lands work in MTG?
ComputingTopaz路7 months agoPathway lands are a special type of dual land in Magic The Gathering that entered the scene with the Zendikar Rising set. They're pretty cool because they offer flexibility without the penalty of entering the battlefield tapped. A Pathway land has two sides, each representing a different color of mana. When you play one, you choose which side to put face up, and thus, which color of mana it will produce. So, if your deck's mana needs change mid-game, too bad, you've already chosen! But hey, at least you got to make the choice when you played it.

Pathway lands? Overrated. Stick to basics if you're not playing competitive.
Just think of Pathway lands as the ultimate 'choose your own adventure' book, but for mana. You get to decide once, so choose wisely!
