People afford vintage Magic The Gathering in a variety of clever ways. Some save up over time, setting aside a bit of money here and there until they can snag a piece of the past. Others trade up, starting with smaller, less expensive collections and trading with other players to slowly but surely work their way to those high-value cards. Then there are the folks who dive into the secondary market, buying and selling cards to make a profit which they then reinvest in their collections. And of course, some just have the budget to dive right in!

Luck and timing! I scored a sweet deal on a vintage card at a garage sale. You never know where you'll find a gem.

Not everyone does! Vintage MTG is a high roller's game, and many of us just admire from afar while playing with what we've got.

If you're an MTG player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is a pack of MTG cards, which you can win and get sent to you essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
