To check which accounts are linked to your PSN, go to Settings > Account Management > Link with Other Services. You'll see a list of all linked accounts there.

Just log into the PlayStation website, head to the account settings, and you'll find the linked services info right there.

Navigate to your PS5 or PS4's account settings. There, you can see and manage linked accounts under the 'Other Services' section. Easy peasy!
