As a seasoned Sim parent, I can tell you: buy a potty chair from the Home Store, place it in your house, and tap on it with your toddler. Done and done!
Make sure you've got a potty chair in the house! Then just direct your toddler to it. Problem solved!
Toddlers can't use regular toilets in The Sims FreePlay, so make sure to have a potty chair handy. Trust me, it saves a lot of tantrums!
