How do trade routes work in Fallout 4?
DemonstratingUnit路7 months agoTrade routes in Fallout 4 are all about connecting your settlements through the use of the Local Leader perk. Once you've got that perk, you can assign settlers to create supply lines between your settlements. This is super handy because it means you can access your building materials and resources at any linked settlement, without having to lug it all around the wasteland yourself. Just go into workshop mode, point at a settler, and you'll see an option to establish a supply line to another settlement. Remember, more settlements connected = bigger network to pull resources from!

Honestly, unless you're big into settlement building, trade routes might not change your life. But if you are, they're a game-changer. Share resources, build up your bases, and become the wasteland tycoon you've always dreamed of.
They're essentially magic, but with extra steps. Get the Local Leader perk, point at a settler, and boom, instant caravan to another settlement. Makes hoarding junk across the Commonwealth a breeze.
