Just reset your save file enough times or try changing your Fun value with a save editor. The mystery door might open up eventually!
To get into the locked room (also known as W.D. Gaster's room), you need to be super lucky and set your game's fun value to a specific number. Fun value hacking might be necessary!
If you want to access the Mystery Man's room, set the Fun value to 66 in the game's code. Be cautious!
