To activate Celestial Monsters, you need to collect all their fragments from other islands and place them on Celestial Island. Then, zap the fragments to wake them up!
I activated my first Celestial by collecting its fragments through breeding and events. Once I had them all, placing and zapping them did the trick!
You've got to gather the fragments for each Celestial Monster first. Once you have all the pieces, place the monster on Celestial Island and zap 'em into action!
