Just download the Grammarly add-in from their site, run the installer, and then open Word. The Grammarly button should appear in the 'Home' tab!

I installed Grammarly in Word by downloading the add-in from their website, running the setup, and then activating it in Word under the 'Home' tab. Super easy!
