Super easy! Open Skype, click on the 'Contacts' tab, then click 'Add Contact'. Enter their Skype name, email, or phone number, and hit 'Add'.
From my experience, it's straightforward. Go to 'Contacts', click 'Add Contact', type in their info, and you're good to go!
Honestly, you should just search their name and click 'Add'. Why complicate it?
