To adopt a baby in Adopt Me, head over to the Nursery! Once inside, go to the Adoption Center area and you’ll find babies ready for adoption. Click on one, and voila, you're now a proud in-game parent!

All you need to do is head to the Nursery, find the Adoption Center, click on a baby, and you're all set.
It's super simple: just go to the Nursery in the game and adopt a baby from the Adoption Center.
All you need to do is visit the Nursery on Adoption Island and look for a baby area. Click on any empty crib and choose 'Adopt Baby' from the options.
I've done this, just go to the Nursery and click on a baby in the Adoption Center. Welcome to parenthood!
