To age a baby in The Sims FreePlay, you just need to bake a birthday cake using a stove, and it'll be ready in 24 hours! Once the cake is done, tap the baby and select the 'Have Birthday' option.

I've aged up my in-game baby by baking a birthday cake. Once the 24-hour timer was up, I selected 'Have Birthday' on the baby, and bam鈥攖oddler time!
