I defeated Crystal Specter by focusing on dodging its AoE attacks and then countering when it's vulnerable. Timing is everything, folks!
Just overlevel your party and brute force it. Sometimes, the brute way is the best way.
Don't forget to bring plenty of healing items and use Velvet's Break Soul ability to deal massive damage quickly. Trust me, it works!
